All trees are shipped across the European Union:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, *Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, *Switzerland and *United Kingdom.
* Shipping to other European countries is also possible, however, different shipping rates and phytosanitary certificates may apply. Please contact me for details.

Trees are shipped via DHL Express (road courier service).
Each tree is packed in a solid wooden, cardboard structure, fixed securely to prevent any movement during transport.
It usually takes up to 7 days to prepare and pack everything properly.
Delivery within the EU normally takes about 7 working days from the moment the package is shipped.

Reservation Policy

If you wish to reserve a tree, there are two options:

  1. Full payment – If you plan to receive the tree soon.
    Once the payment has been received, it usually takes around 7 days to carefully prepare and pack the tree.
    After that, the shipment is sent with DHL Express, which typically takes about 7 working days to deliver within the EU.
  2. 30% deposit – to reserve the tree for a longer period (for example, a few weeks or months).
  • The remaining balance is paid a few days before shipping.
  • Once the deposit is received, the tree is marked as reserved and safely kept in my garden until the agreed shipping date.

If you decide to cancel your reservation before shipping, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the reservation period and preparation work.
However, if any issue arises on my side (e.g., damage before shipping), the deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to another tree if you prefer.

Additional Notes

• All trees are wild-collected (yamadori) and established in cultivation before shipping.
• I ship only healthy and stable trees, ready for further development.
• If you wish, I can provide additional photos, size comparisons, or short 360° videos before you confirm your purchase.
• Packaging and courier coordination begin after the payment is received.
